About Rae & Winston Wallace, Arrowtown Heights

Originally sheep and deer farmers from the hill country of Western Southland. Winston was a second generation farmer. One of our real pleasures during those years was hosting Farmstays. We had guests from all over the world and loved being able to give them a taste of real New Zealand farm life.

In 1992 we sold the farm and shifted to Dunedin for a change of lifestyle. We became Moteliers and found that we loved the hospitality industry and the people we met every day. Our belief in customer comfort and satisfaction led us become one of the top Motels in Dunedin.

Most recently we retired to Arrowtown and built ourselves a large comtempory home with a private wing for guests, glorious views and plenty of space. Having enjoyed the hospitality industry throughout our lives we decided to continue offering luxurious private bed and breakfast accommodation for those traveling in the Central Otago,Queenstown,Wakatipu Basin areas.
